Nathan Spencer started his law career in 1992 with the simple goal of helping people. Over the years of trying cases, both by jury and bench trials, his small town values have remained intact and his main goal is still to help people with their legal matters. He has served on various boards in the Tennessee Bar Association as well as the local Haywood County Bar and the Jackson-Madison County Bar. He studied law in America as well as the University of London and the University of Exeter in England and has experience in over 80 court systems in Tennessee and Kentucky. He is married to Angela Waddell Spencer and they have 4 children, Powers, Hollen, Trevor and Savannah.

Justin is a native of Crockett County, Tennessee, where he resides with his wife, Haley Jones, who is also a native of Crockett County, Tennessee. Haley is the owner of Merle Norman/Just For You Cosmetic and Gift Boutique in Alamo, Tennessee. Haley and Justin attend Alamo Church of Christ in Alamo, TN and are the proud parents of Paul and Lanier Jones.
Carrie McCage has been a valuable employee of our firm for the past 19 years. She and her husband Jay have raised 2 outstanding daughters, Carlie and Molly. Both of their girls have worked in the office as file clerks. Carrie assists our clients in the areas of personal injury, divorce/custody, civil lawsuits, probate, wrongful death matters, criminal and civil lawsuits, conservatorships, and trial preparation.
Kimberly Smallwood has been a valuable employee of our firm for the past 17 years. She and her husband Derick live in Crockett County and they have a keen interest in their talented son Grant, who assists in taking out the trash at our law firm when he comes after school. Kim assists our clients in the areas of personal injury, divorce/custody, civil lawsuits, probate, wrongful death matters, criminal and civil lawsuits, conservatorships, and trial preparation.
